Q: Can I meet the team and see the facilities beforehand?

A: Absolutely! Before taking you on as a client, we’ll meet you and your dog personally. That way, you can tour our facilities and see how happy the other dogs are.

Q: Can my puppy come to day care?

A: We welcome dogs of all breeds and ages at Doggy Day Care Cornwall. It’s a great opportunity for younger pups to practice and develop their social skills.

Q: Do you only accept well-trained dogs?

A: Good question! As long as a dog is social and has no history of aggression, we’re happy to accept those who aren’t yet fully trained. Our goal is to encourage and develop good behaviour by providing a day of both mental and physical stimulation.

Q: What happens when it rains or if it’s too cold for my dog to be outside?

A: Not a problem. We have both outdoor and heated indoor play areas, catering for all types of weather.

Q: Will my dog be supervised at all times?

A: Always. Your dog will be under constant care and supervision by our team, ensuring both their mental and physical well being.

Q: What happens if my dog doesn’t get on with another dog?

A: We are very strict on only accepting social dogs that will get along with our existing canine clientele.

Q: What happens in an emergency?

A: First, we’ll assess the situation and call you to discuss. If we can’t get hold of you and urgent medical attention is required, we’ll take your dog to your nominated veterinary practice or, depending on the circumstances, the nearest veterinary practice.

Q: Can my dog stay at the day care centre overnight?

A: Definitely. We also offer a dog boarding service in case of longer stays. Please get in touch with Jordan to discuss your needs.
